Once I arrived there with my family, I was left with no words. The place was magical, with clear blue ponds in the way of the site. The developing partners were very friendly. The land was filled with glorious mango trees, and they were kind enough to plant trees in our piece of land, according to our request. The services provided with our land were nice.
Overall, me and my family were satisfied with our purchase.

DREAM COME TRUE.
It's been years since I have been planning to have a small farm house for my family. Have searched many places across the country and am extremely lucky and HAPPY to have come across Nam Kudil Farm about 55 km North of Chennai. Had visited the place early in the morning alone and was very pleased the way the promoters are developing the place. Took my wife yesterday evening and spent the night at their Guest House. It was a wonderful experience. The calm atmosphere and the bright star studded skies.
Looking forward to soon be a proud owner of a small plot of farm land for myself.
Had been talking to Mr Gopal and he is so co operative and helpful person. Mr. Dina had taken me around and explained everything in details.
